Two people, Quezon City
The IT department you cannot afford to hire.
We are Denn and Rein. We handle email, files and websites for small offices around Metro Manila, and we are close enough to drive over.
Who you deal with
Rein
On-site and online support. Websites, hosting, and backups that get checked. [CHECK role detail]
Whichever of us you chat with is the one who turns up. There is no dispatcher in between.
How we work
- We say it in plain words. If we use a term like NAS, the explanation sits right next to it. You should never have to nod along.
- One supplier for all three. Email, files and website in one place, so nobody gets to blame the other guy.
- We write down what we changed. Every visit ends with a note of what we touched and what it means for you.
- We answer at night. Chat is covered 24/7, because things break after closing time.
Where we drive
We are based in Pinagkaisahan, Quezon City, and we go anywhere in Metro Manila: Quezon City, Manila, Makati, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pasig, Marikina, Taguig, Pasay, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Pateros.
Outside Metro Manila, ask us in chat. If we can get there and back in a day, we usually will. [CHECK]
